Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on wada4d. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on wada4d. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold only one active account on wada4d. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
All bonuses and promotions carry clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus terms are published before you claim. No hidden conditions are ever applied retroactively.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major Indonesian e-wallets. Withdrawal requests are typically completed within 15 minutes for verified accounts.
Deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion tools are available to all users. wada4d will never encourage a player to exceed their own voluntary spending limits.
wada4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be involved in fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other activity that violates these Terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any bet on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. wada4d strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
2.2 Residency. This Platform is operated for and directed at adult Indonesian residents who voluntarily choose to access online betting services. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which you are legally permitted to do so, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your own compliance with applicable local laws.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering or placing bets.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or hold an Account on wada4d:
3.1 One Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across all related accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. You are obligated to keep this information current and notify us immediately of any material changes.
3.3 Username and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. wada4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, wada4d requires successful completion of KYC verification. You will be asked to submit:
3.5 Account Security. You must notify wada4d's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised. wada4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account for security review purposes without prior notice.
3.6 Account Closure by User. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any withdrawable Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. wada4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits:

4.2 Deposit Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made from bank accounts or e-wallets denominated in a different currency will not be accepted; Users must ensure their funding source is denominated in IDR.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. To request a withdrawal, your Account must have completed KYC verification (Clause 3.4). Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your Account profile. wada4d does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts.
4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw prior to meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds. The remaining Real Money Balance (if any) will be available for withdrawal.
4.5 Transaction Fees. wada4d does not charge Users any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which wada4d bears no responsibility.
4.6 Suspicious Transactions. wada4d reserves the right to delay, investigate, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal that is flagged by our fraud detection systems as potentially suspicious. Users under investigation may be required to provide additional documentation before their transaction is processed.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by wada4d are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses are available only to Users who have completed full Account registration. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, bonuses are limited to one claim per User, per household, per IP address, and per device. wada4d may require additional verification before crediting a bonus to a User's Account.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as a no-wagering offer, all Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be satisfied before the funds may be withdrawn. Example: a Bonus with a 10x Wagering Requirement means that a User receiving Rp 100.000 in Bonus Funds must place a total of Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before the Bonus Funds convert to Real Money Funds.
5.4 Qualifying Bets. The following types of bets do not contribute toward Wagering Requirements unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise:
5.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, typically stated in the promotion terms (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Bonus Funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
5.6 Maximum Bet Limits. While Bonus Funds are active, wada4d may impose a maximum bet size (typically Rp 50.000 per bet for sports, or a fixed percentage of the Bonus amount for casino games). Bets exceeding this limit will not count toward the Wagering Requirement and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus.
5.7 Bonus Abuse. wada4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate any Bonus — and any winnings derived from that Bonus — if we determine that the User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, collusion with other Users, or exploitation of software errors. Repeat offenders will have their Accounts permanently closed.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. wada4d reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any bet placed by any User at any time, including after the bet has been confirmed on screen. In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed, duplicate bet placement, or system malfunction), wada4d may void the bet and refund the stake to the User's Account.
6.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change without notice until the bet is confirmed. By clicking "Place Bet" or equivalent confirmation, you accept the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. wada4d is not responsible for odds changes occurring prior to confirmation.
6.3 Settlement of Bets. All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority, lottery operator, or game provider. wada4d uses official results from governing bodies such as FIFA, EPL, La Liga, Singapore Pools (for togel results), Hong Kong Jockey Club (for HK togel), and Evolution Gaming / Pragmatic Play (for live casino). If no official result is available within 72 hours of the scheduled event time, wada4d reserves the right to void the bet.
6.4 Abandoned or Postponed Events. If a sporting event is abandoned before completion, bets will generally be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. For togel draws, if the official operator cancels or voids the draw, all bets on that market will be refunded.
6.5 Live Casino Rules. All live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, etc.) are governed by the rules published by the game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or Ezugi). In the event of a dealer error or technical malfunction, the game provider's decision is final. wada4d will honour all decisions made by the game provider's pit management.
6.6 Slot RTP & Fairness. All slot games on the Platform operate with certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information screen. wada4d does not alter or manipulate RTP values.
6.7 Maximum Payouts. wada4d may impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or game categories. Applicable limits (if any) will be stated in the bet slip or game rules. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be reduced to the maximum amount.
6.8 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the User must contact wada4d support within 7 days of the bet being settled. Disputes raised after this period will not be reviewed. wada4d's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.
7.1 General Prohibitions. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Platform:
7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Any User found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may face one or more of the following consequences at wada4d's sole discretion:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software code, user interface designs, odds data compilations, and the "wada4d" brand name — is the exclusive property of wada4d or its licensors, and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. wada4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without wada4d's prior written consent.
8.3 Trademarks. The "wada4d" name, logo, and all related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of wada4d. Unauthorised use of these marks in any manner is strictly prohibited.
9.1 Data Collection. wada4d collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted by Users during registration, KYC verification, and use of the Platform. The types of data collected include full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, Indonesian bank account details, government-issued ID documents, and transaction history.
9.2 Use of Data. Personal data is used to verify User identity, process deposits and withdrawals, detect and prevent fraud, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve Platform services. wada4d does not sell or rent User personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10.1 Platform Availability. While wada4d strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., internet service provider outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks). wada4d will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.
10.2 Accuracy of Information. wada4d makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, results, and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information. In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to a system malfunction), wada4d reserves the right to void affected bets.
10.3 Third-Party Providers. Certain games and services on the Platform are provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe). wada4d acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or fairness of third-party games, except to the extent that we have failed to conduct reasonable due diligence in selecting such providers.
10.4 Maximum Liability. In no event shall wada4d's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising out of or related to the User's use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.5 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. wada4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities) arising from your use of the Platform, even if wada4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.1 Right to Amend. wada4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to Users. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform homepage.
11.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.
11.3 Version History. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version of these Terms came into effect. Previous versions are archived and available upon request for Users involved in active disputes or regulatory inquiries.
12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wada4d is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the User and wada4d support. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's arbitration body.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.2 Complaints Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our frontline support team, you may request escalation to our Compliance Department. All formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within 14 business days.
13.3 Regulatory Contact. wada4d operates under an international gaming licence. For disputes that cannot be resolved internally, Users may contact the licensing authority's player protection department. Contact details for the regulator are available on request.
