Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "wada4d", "we", "us", "our" — the operator of the online betting and live casino platform accessible at https://wada4d.cam.
• "Platform" — the wada4d website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated digital tools or applications.

wada4d collects the following categories of Personal Data from Users. We collect only what is strictly necessary for the purposes described in Section 4.

How We Collect Data

wada4d collects Personal Data through the following channels:

• Identity Verification (KYC): To verify that you meet the minimum age requirement (21+), that you are a genuine individual using your own identity, and that your registered payment methods belong to you — in line with our obligations as a licensed gaming operator.
• Payment Processing: To process deposits and withdrawal requests to and from your registered Indonesian bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) accurately and securely.

• Service Delivery: To provide access to sports betting markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, live casino tables, and slot games; to settle bets accurately; and to credit winnings to your Account.
• Customer Support: To respond to your enquiries, resolve disputes, and provide assistance in Bahasa Indonesia or English through live chat, email, and WhatsApp.
• Responsible Gaming: To monitor betting patterns and identify potential signs of problem gambling; to enforce self-exclusion requests and deposit limits set by the User; and to send responsible gaming communications where appropriate.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with obligations imposed by our international gaming licence, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and any other applicable legal requirements.
• Platform Improvement: To analyse aggregate, anonymised usage patterns to improve the user experience, optimise Platform performance, and develop new features — without linking this analysis to individually identifiable Users.
• Marketing Communications: To send promotional offers and bonus notifications to Users who have consented to receive marketing communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support or updating your Account preferences.

Legal Basis for Processing

wada4d processes your Personal Data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our obligations under the User Agreement (Terms & Conditions), including Account management, payment processing, and bet settlement.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable law, including KYC/AML obligations imposed by our licensing authority.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing carried out in pursuit of wada4d's legitimate business interests (e.g., fraud prevention, platform security, and service analytics) where those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — primarily for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Data Sharing

6.1 Third-Party Data Processors. wada4d engages the following categories of third-party Data Processors who may access your Personal Data strictly as necessary to perform their contracted services:

• Payment Gateways: Indonesian bank transfer aggregators and e-wallet integration providers who facilitate deposits and withdrawals between the Platform and your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account.
• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Specialist third-party services used to authenticate government-issued ID documents (including Indonesian KTP ) and verify that the name on your bank account matches your registered identity.
• Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure Providers: Secure data centre and cloud hosting operators who store Platform data on servers protected by enterprise-grade physical and logical security controls.
• Game Content Providers: Licensed game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft receive session identifiers and bet amounts necessary to run their games. These providers do not receive your full identity or financial data.
• Fraud Detection & Cybersecurity Services: Providers of device fingerprinting, IP reputation, and transaction monitoring tools used to protect the Platform and its Users from fraudulent activity.
• Customer Support Platforms: Live chat and helpdesk software providers that host support conversation records. These platforms are bound by strict data processing agreements.

6.2 Legal Disclosures. wada4d may disclose your Personal Data to law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies, or courts of competent jurisdiction where we are legally compelled to do so, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm, investigate fraud, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.

6.3 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of wada4d's assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer via the email address registered on your Account, and the successor entity will be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

6.4 No Sale of Personal Data. wada4d does not sell, rent, exchange, or otherwise commercially transfer your Personal Data to any third party for that party's own marketing or commercial purposes. Period.

Data Retention

7.1 Retention Periods. wada4d retains Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with our legal obligations. The following default retention periods apply:

7.2 Deletion Process. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is either permanently deleted from our systems or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to any individual. Deletion requests submitted by Users (see Section 10) will be honoured within the retention constraints required by law.

7.3 Closed Accounts. If you close your wada4d Account, we will cease using your data for Account management and marketing purposes immediately, but we will retain identity, financial, and transaction data for the periods specified above to satisfy our regulatory and legal obligations.

Security Measures

wada4d implements a multi-layered security framework to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure:

• Transport Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser or device and wada4d's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (256-bit AES encryption). The Platform operates exclusively over HTTPS; unencrypted HTTP connections are automatically redirected.
• Data-at-Rest Encryption: Personal Data stored in our databases — including financial account details and KYC documents — is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
• Access Controls: Access to systems holding Personal Data is restricted to authorised wada4d personnel who require it to perform their job functions. Access is governed by role-based permissions, enforced multi-factor authentication (MFA), and regular access reviews.
• Network Security: Our infrastructure is protected by enterprise-grade firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDPS), and regular third-party penetration testing.
• Payment Tokenisation: Bank account details and e-wallet identifiers are stored in tokenised form. The raw payment credentials are not accessible to Platform application layers or support staff.
• Fraud Monitoring: Automated transaction monitoring systems operate 24/7 to detect unusual account activity, including unusual login patterns, rapid successive deposits, and atypical withdrawal requests.
• Staff Training: All wada4d personnel with access to Personal Data receive mandatory data protection and security awareness training at least once per year.

Please note that disabling Strictly Necessary cookies will impair Platform functionality, including your ability to log in. 9.4 Other Tracking Technologies. In addition to cookies, the Platform may use web beacons (also called tracking pixels) embedded in promotional emails to record whether an email was opened and whether you clicked a link within it. You may opt out of email tracking by adjusting your email client's settings to block remote images.

Your Rights

As a User of wada4d, you hold the following rights in relation to your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request — [Your Full Name]".

• Right of Access: You may request a copy of all Personal Data we hold about you, including the purposes for which it is processed, the retention period, and any third parties with whom it has been shared. We will respond within 30 days of a verified request.
• Right to Rectification: If any Personal Data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected. You may update some data directly via your Account profile page.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You may request deletion of your Personal Data. We will honour this request where no legal obligation requires us to retain the data. Note that AML/KYC regulations typically require us to retain identity and financial data for a minimum of 5–7 years after Account closure, which takes precedence over erasure requests for that data category.
• Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that we restrict the use of your Personal Data in certain circumstances — for example, while you contest the accuracy of data we hold, or while an erasure request is being considered.
• Right to Data Portability: You may request that we provide your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g., CSV or JSON) so that it can be transferred to another service provider.
• Right to Object: You have the right to object to processing of your Personal Data carried out on the basis of legitimate interests (including profiling for fraud prevention) or for direct marketing purposes. Marketing opt-outs take effect immediately; other objections are assessed case-by-case.

Minors

11.1 Age Restriction. The wada4d Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21.

11.2 Age Verification. wada4d implements mandatory KYC age verification for all registered Users. Any User who cannot provide valid proof of age (21+) will have their Account suspended and any outstanding balance refunded, minus any bonuses claimed during the unverified period.

11.3 Discovery of Minor's Data. If we discover or receive a credible report that a User is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account, cease all processing of that User's data for gaming purposes, and delete the data within 30 days to the extent permitted by our AML obligations. Third-Party Services

12.1 Embedded Game Content. The Platform embeds games from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. When you play these games, the game provider may collect certain technical data (such as session ID, bet amounts, and game outcomes) for the purpose of game operation and fairness auditing. This data collection is governed by each provider's own privacy policy.

12.2 Payment Partners. When you initiate a deposit or withdrawal via an Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), you will interact with that payment provider's own systems. wada4d shares only the minimum data necessary to process the transaction; the payment provider's privacy policy governs their own data handling.

12.3 No Responsibility for Third-Party Practices. wada4d is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with in connection with your use of the Platform.

12.4 No External Links. The Platform does not contain links to external third-party websites. All navigation within wada4d remains on the wada4d domain.

Policy Amendments

13.1 Right to Update. wada4d reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

13.2 Notification of Material Changes. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy — particularly changes that expand the categories of data we collect, introduce new data sharing arrangements, or alter your rights — we will notify registered Users via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

13.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the amended policy, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.
